The groomer operator is responsible for moving and tilling the snow using the machinery in order to offer pristine snow conditions each day.
Requirements:
-Previous grooming experience or experience operating similar heavy machinery
-The ability to work evenings

The chairlift operator is responsible for the safety of each guest as they use the chairlifts and magic carpets. They are in charge of maintaining a safe and fun environment at each of their stations at all times. The chairlift operator must be physically fit and enjoy outdoor work in all forms of weather.
The snowmaker is responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of the snowmaking system in order to provide quality snow to each guest that visits Mont Cascades. The Snowmaker must be able to work day and evening, have good physical ability and be resistant to cold.
Seasonal employment / day and weekend
The snow park attendant is responsible for the daily set up and maintenance of the snow park to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the clients. The snow park attendant must be physically fit and willing to work outdoors in all types of conditions. The Snow Park attendant must be able to ski or snowboard.

Patrollers are responsible for the inspection of all trails to ensure their safety. They must provide proper signage and information in an effort to ensure clients safety. The patrollers provides first aid in emergency situations.
Requirements:
-Be 18 years old
-Be able to confidently descend any trails at Mont Cascades regardless of weather or condition
-Physically fit and able to work outdoors in any conditions
Customer Service Attendant responds to requests from guests at the counter or by telephone, informs them on all the services offered at the mountain and sells various products.

The Food Counter Attendant takes meal orders and must serve customers quickly.

The Cook must produce dishes served in the establishment by respecting the quality and the criteria required.

The Rental Attendant is responsible for assisting customers with finding proper fitting gear and ensuring proper adjustment of equipment.

The Mont Cascades Ambassador is responsible for greeting guests as they arrive and providing them with any relevant information throughout the day. The Mont Cascades Ambassador verifies lift tickets and ensures a constant and coordinated flow in the lift lines. The Mont Cascades Ambassador must be willing to work outdoors, be friendly and approachable, and posse’s excellent communication skills.
