TYPE OF CLOTHING
- Thongs & Transparent clothing
- Swimwear with buttons, snaps, rivets or zippers
- Jeans, shorts, t-shirts, rash guards and hijabs are not allowed on body slides due to Safety Requirements
- Burkinis are permitted on some attractions, however they are not allowed on body slides.
- Swimsuits are mandatory for toddlers playing in any aquatic attraction.
- Not recommend to wear jewelry on the attractions.
Mont Cascades is not responsible for lost or broken personal belongings. Some attractions do not permit wearing of accessories (hats, glasses, shirts, shoes etc.)
Safety
COMES FIRST
- Follow all posted instructions and lifeguard directions
- Use appropriate flotation devices where required
- Some attractions may have specific restrictions for health or mobility reasons
- Children should always be supervised by an adult
No complicated routes. No long drives. Just a quick escape into summer.
Prohibited
PERSONAL ITEMS
- Any type of metal knife or sharp object
- Outside alcohol
- All glassware and pyrex containers (including baby bottles and perfume bottles)
- Potentially dangerous or disruptive items
- Whistles
- Balls, frisbees, floaties, water guns and toys.
- Any cooking or combustion device.
- Parasols, and beach tents
- Portable radios and speakers
Tobacco Smokers
Mont Cascades is a smoke-free environment. A designated smoking area is located in the parking area. It is prohibited to smoke anywhere outside this designated area. For security reasons, the Mont Cascades team reserves the right to conduct a bag search before granting access to the park to our guests. We thank you for your collaboration.
Cannabis
Medical and/or recreational cannabis and related paraphernalia including vapes nd food products are not permitted anywhere in the park area at any time
Disruptive Behaviour
Guests whose behaviour is determined to be impaired will not be allowed to ride the attractions and will be removed from the premises.
IMPORTANT
For security reasons, the Mont Cascades team reserves the right to conduct a bag search before granting access to the park to our guests. We thank you for your collaboration.

Our first priority is the safety of our guests. To participate in our attractions, proper bathing attire is required. It is our commitment to accommodate all our guests and comply with all safety laws, rules & regulations. We welcome guests from all cultural backgrounds and we encourage all guests to respect each others’ perspectives, beliefs and values.

WEATHER
A cloudy or rainy day is the perfect time to enjoy a less crowded day at the waterpark! All our attractions remain open, the pools are heated and queues are non-existent! Don’t miss the chance to turn a grey day into a summer highlight! Rain is just confetti falling from the sky!
In case of rain: All attractions remain open on rainy days. For safety reasons, in the event of a thunderstorm, attractions may be temporarily closed. They will reopen after the storm has passed. There are no refunds due to bad weather.

Location: Besides the main entrance at the North Lodge
Hours: 9am to 7pm

Accessibility
Persons accompanying a person with a disability may enter the park free of charge if they have an Access 2 card or a Companion Leisure Card (CAL). To get the discounted ticket, the accompanying person must present their Access 2 or Companion Leisure Card (CAL) at our ticket office.

5.
Store and Equipment Rental
Float jacket rentals are available at the park, subject to availability. In case you forget, sunscreen, swim diapers and towels are available for purchase at the park.
6.
Cancellation Policy
Season passes and day tickets purchased on site or online are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable.
