Season pass

The resort is launching the Mont Cascades Snow Season Guarantee, a program of exclusive measures for customers who have purchased their 2021-2022 season’s pass.

This initiative aims to reassure customers who want to benefit from the presale rate on next winter’s season passes despite the financial and health uncertainties that hover due to COVID-19. Eligibility is automatic for all customers who have purchased a season’s pass.

Thus, subscribers who ultimately do not wish to use their winter 2021-2022 passes may:

1. Postpone their season’s pass to the 2022-2023 season at no additional cost.
2. Request a refund of their season’s pass minus associated fees.

Eligibility

To be eligible, clients must:

• Have purchased their 2021-2022 season’s pass.

Credit: terms and conditions

• The request for postponement must be made in writing prior to December 4th, 2021 by the season’s pass holder.
• The deferred pass cannot be transferred to another person.
• If the rate for the 2022-2023 season is higher, the pass holder will not have to pay the difference.
• The season’s pass must not have been claimed.
• Valid for all types of season’s pass.
• In case of postponement, no other fees will apply.

Refund: terms and conditions

• The reimbursement request must be made in writing prior to December 4th, 2021 by the person who paid for the passes.
• The season’s pass must not have been claimed.
• Valid for all types of season’s pass.
• An administrative fee of $30 + taxes will be applicable on the refund.

In the event of OUR closure or interruption of OUR operations caused by a government order, the following terms apply:

** Date may be subject to changes depending on the guidelines of the maximum capacity at the resort imposed by Public Health.

All measures of the snow season guarantee are based on a definitive closure of the resort for the remainder of the 2021-2022 season. In the event that the closure would be partial (example: delayed opening of January 1), the credits would be processed at the end of the season, calculated proportionally to the number of days closed. Mont Cascades must be forced closed for part or the full season in order for a guaranty to take effect.

SNOW SCHOOL PROGRAM

If the Mont Cascades’s Snow School must cease operations due to COVID-19 once programs have started, snow school customers may request:

• credit note prorated for the number of days remaining in the program.
• Refunds prorated for the number of days remaining in the program.

A $30 administration fee will apply to all refunds.

No administration fee will apply for credit notes.

Credit notes will be applied towards future Snow School products.

In the event of a temporary shutdown lessons may be rescheduled to a later date in order to complete the program. Credit notes or refund requests will be processed at the end of the season in order to have the exact number of days affected by the closure.
