WITH MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
- Full credit can be given if notice is provided prior to the beginning of the program
- Pro-rated credit will be given for the number of remaining classes once the program has begun
- Copy of medical certificate must be submitted to Mont Cascades Administration upon request
- Passes must be returned to Mont Cascades if applicable
- Credits may take up to a week to process
WITHOUT A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE
A $50 administration fee will be charged per student.
- Full credit if notice is provided more than 30 days prior to the start of the program
- 75% credit if notice is provided 7 to 30 days prior to the start of the program
- No credit will be given if notice is provided less than 7 days prior to the start of the program or once the program has begun
- Passes must be returned to Mont Cascades if applicable
- Credits may take up to a week to process
PRIVATE LESSON
- Non-refundable, non-transferable, non-shareable
- 24 hours’ notice required in order to reschedule a lesson to another day or place on hold for future date
